Sound Mind & Body Host Sheila Melody attends WNYC’s Werk-it Women’s Podcasting Festival in Los Angeles and has her own woo-woo moment when she was able to participate in the Pop-Up Studio sponsored by Cole Hahn to record this prelude to the podcast launch.
